BORDER LIMOUSINE SERVICE, INC

DEPOSITS:

A minimum $50 non refundable deposit is required on all specials and night outs.   All weddings and proms require a $100 non refundable deposit.  The balance is due 2 weeks prior and is non refundable once paid in full.

PAYMENT:

We accept cash and all major credit cards including visa, MasterCard, Amex and discover. Checks are only accepted when given 2 weeks prior to the date of service.  Weddings and Proms must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of service.

GRATUITY:

A 20% Gratuity is included in all wedding packages and corporate services.  A minimum 20% gratuity is customary on all night outs and specials.   A minimum of 15-20% gratuity is customary on all airport/transfer services.  If no gratuity is given, you will be charged accordingly.


CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 4 hours prior to the schedule pickup time for airport/transfer services.  If a reservation is cancelled after this time the full cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged to the credit card on file.  All limousine services need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and you will lose your non refundable deposit.   If you cancel a night out when we arrive you will be charged the full amount and 20% gratuity.

FLIGHT ARRIVALS:

We will monitor your flight arrival through the airline.  Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the designated limousine stand area at your terminal.  If you arrive at Terminal A or E the driver will be in the limo stand area with a sign with your name on it.  If arriving Term B and C you must call our toll free office when ready for pickup and at this point your chauffeur will come to the terminal for pickup.  Call our toll free number if unsure where to meet driver or if you are having issues with luggage at 877-729-5466.  Any change in flight number or cancellation must be relayed to us.  We will track the flight and know if you are delayed but if you get cancelled and rebooked on a new flight it is up to you to call us and let us know your new flight information.   

NO SHOW POLICY:

If you schedule a pick up and you leave the airport by any other means of transportation, other than Border Limousine the full fee plus 20% gratuity will be charged. 

LATE NIGHT/EARLY AM CHARGE

Any pickup that is between the hours of 12:30 am and 3:30 am there is an additional surcharge of $20 that will be added to the original fee.
