Deposits

Minimum $50 nonrefundable deposit is required on all weddings and proms. All night out and special events must have a valid credit card on file

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Checks are only accepted when given 2 weeks prior to the date of service. Weddings must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to date of service.

Gratuity

 A 20% gratuity is included in all wedding packages and corporate services. A minimum 20% gratuity is customary on all night outs and specials. A minimum 15% gratuity is customary on all airport/transfer services. If no gratuity is given, you will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. If a reservation is cancelled after this time, the full cost plus 20% gratuity (if not already included) will be charged to the credit card on file.

Flight Arrivals

We will monitor your flight arrival through the airline. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the designated limousine stand area at your terminal. If you aren’t sure where to meet the driver or if you don’t see the vehicle, please call our toll free number at 877-729-5466 so we can direct you where to meet your driver. Any change in flight -- delay or cancellation -- must be relayed to us. Please use our toll free number, 1-877-SAY-LIMO.

No Show Policy

If you schedule a pick up and you leave the airport by any other means of transportation other that Chelmsford Limousine, the full fee plus 20% gratuity will be charged. Anyone who has not contacted us within 1 hour after their flight has landed will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly.
